Job Location: Ahmedabad

1. Deciding the territory targets and achieving it
2. Ensuring that all the SR should follow their JD as described
3. Joint working with each SR (For Area Development)
4. Aligning all the distributors of the territory with the organizational objectives and sales strategies and Area demarcation
5. Maintaining optimum primary stock of SKU as per the secondary sales movement all time
6. Ensure 100% coverage by deploying manpower, territory mapping, appointing distributor
7. Supporting and handholding SR for better performance
8. Preparing, submitting and following permanent journey plan month on month with minimum 90% accuracy
9. Compile the data of all the Distributors, SR wise, for stock keeping, taking orders, dispatch, customer service and covering new and existing bits
10. Stay updated on probable distributors and new retailers for business growth
11. Provide Solutions to operational and functional issues of SR as well as Distributors and retailers in their respective territory
12. Relationship building with all the distributors
13. Synchronizing and Updating data on a daily bases and during the day in Bizom app at a minimum frequency of every 2 hours
14. Ensuring that all the SR submits their daily secondary targets in the beginning of the day and update status of achievement by the end of the day
15. Maintaining all the details related to market, territory, bits, distributors, wholesalers and retailers – SR wise
16. Cooperate, Coordinate and update GM / Sr. ASM on their working and all information required for the business
17. Doing periodic review of all the SR individually and conducting daily, weekly & monthly meeting with them online / offline
18. Preparing and submitting reports at a regular frequency like daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually
19. Attending meetings and trainings on regular bases as scheduled by organization
20. Abiding all the systems and processes and following rules set by the Organization.

1. Doing a minimum average of 40 calls per beat.
2. Maintaining a minimum 40% productive call ratio.
3. Preparing, submitting & following a permanent journey plan month-on-month with 90% Accuracy.
4. Coordinating with distributor for stock keeping, taking orders, dispatch & covering new and existing beats.
5. Stay updated on probable distributors & new retailers for business growth, and relationship with retailers.
6. Synchronizing and updating data on a daily basis during the day on cygnet minimum frequency to every 2 hours.
7. Spending at least a minimum 8 hours in the market and updating ASM with all information of the business.
8. Attending meetings & training on a regular basis as scheduled by the organization
9. Preparing & submitting reports at a regular frequency like daily, weekly, monthly & annually.
10. Abiding all the systems and processes and following rules set by the organization.
