1. Assist RSM in developing and executing regional sales plans aligned with company targets.
2. Ensure achievement of primary & secondary sales, volume, value, and distribution objectives.
3. Monitor daily/weekly/monthly performance and take corrective actions.
4. Manage existing distributors and identify new partners to strengthen the network.
5. Ensure proper stock availability, inventory hygiene, and ROI for distributors.
6. Drive distributor onboarding, claims submission, payouts, and operational efficiency.
7. Lead, guide, and motivate ASMs, SOs, SRs, and off-roll field staff.
8. Conduct regular market visits, coaching, and capability building.
9. Ensure adherence to beat plans, coverage, and market execution standards.
10. Ensure flawless execution of visibility, merchandising, promotions, and new product launches.
11. Identify new market opportunities and micro-markets for expansion.
12. Analyse sales trends, secondary/tertiary performance, and competitor activities.
13. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of SFA data, sales MIS, and market insights.
